Once you receive and activate your personalized Bluebird card and set up a PIN, you can use your personalized card at the following ATMs:
Use the Visa® debit card issued with your Bluebird® Bank Account for ATM withdrawals anywhere Visa debit cards are accepted, including at international ATMs.

Enjoy FREE ATM withdrawals at over 40,000 ATMs in the MoneyPass® ATM network in the US. Transactions at non-MoneyPass ATMs have an up-to-$2.50 Bluebird fee. ATM operator fees and decline fees may also apply.

If you believe you were charged a fee on your Bluebird® Bank Account at a MoneyPass® ATM that should be surcharge-free, you may contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-833-926-3922.

A Subaccount user can use their Bluebird card at eligible ATMs once they have activated their personalized card and email verified. If you wish to disable ATM access on your linked Subaccount cards, log in to your Bluebird account, select the Subaccount you wish to restrict ATM access and click or tap the Settings icon to access Subaccount Settings.

Be aware of your surroundings, especially at night, and be cautious when withdrawing cash. Avoid showing or counting cash at the ATM. Put it away immediately and count it when you are in a secure location such as your car or home.
Be sure no one sees you enter your PIN.
When using an ATM with a door, close the entry door completely and do not open the door to anyone you don’t know.
The activity around ATM facilities may be recorded by surveillance cameras. If you notice anything suspicious do not use the ATM, and, if you’re in the middle of a transaction, cancel it, leave immediately and visit another ATM.
If you must use the ATM at night, consider taking someone with you.
Keep safe or securely get rid of your ATM receipts.
Report all crimes immediately to the operator of the ATM or local law enforcement and call 911 if you need emergency assistance. For complaints about security at ATMs, contact the operator of the ATM and:
